I had the MT-9A G1000G two days ago. When I opened the box, the watch was completely dead … It seems likely that he was kept for some time.
Left the watch under a reading lamp for about four or five hours, until finally charged enough to have moved the second hand! Only had enough charge to afford to put the hometown … not enough to simultaneously away from Atomic Denver. Once I took out the day after they received a sufficient charge to operate fully. <br/>
The MT-G Solar (Tough Solar Casio speaking), which means it has not bothered to replace the batteries … Well, until you can no longer hold a charge, which was 8 years, 10 years … Who knows. Casio also implemented some features battery saving mode … The clock will go into "sleep state" if kept in the dark (a drawer stops for example) for more than 7 or 8 hours at this point the second hand.
After six or seven days, all functions (handMovement are synchronized atomic beep stopped), then other times for the internal clock and exposed to light. At this point the clock back to normal, with minute and hour hands move automatically to their correct position. Very clever!
Change mode clock time "hold" to "how" to watch and alarm, as the hour and minute hands rotate, move the time for the alarm set to go! Switch to a different time zone, andonce again look at the 5 motors moves the Clock minute and hour hands, as if by magic, at the right time for the city of your choice! You want to set the alarm and the hour hand at 2:00, and you want it set at 8? Press and hold down a button for two seconds, and then the hour hand starts turning, turning, until you tap the button again to bring to a halt. No twisting knobs, pulling out the crown baby … just press a button and let go, hold and watch how the handmoves by itself! to see a beautiful intelligent and cool!
The clock, as you probably know already, I'm Atomic, would be a day with one of the five nuclear synchronization. The clock is synchronized to try to midnight, a clock, clock 2, 3 in the morning, up to six times to stop, after a successful synchronization is achieved (to save energy).
This is really a "Set and forget to watch! Other then set in their city, the watch will be very well … and stay synchronized in normal use, completelycost!
This is a G Shock watch
What does not ruin the clock! There is a review on the Internet, where the critic has the ability tested this G Shock Watch … It was cold, cooked, and was well on working conditions, without any sign of wear! Met four times with a Sledge Hammer! first shot shook the band, but continue to work on time! second strike with a mallet for the scratched black frame around the face, but theClock kept going … 3rd Strike, nothing happens! No visible damage to the clock. Fourth strike … the crystal showed a tear, but the clock continues to run! Sounds incredible, but also provides images of TM-G1000 broken!
There are tons of features .. Stopwatch, alarm, countdown timer, world time of 27 cities, 200 meters water resistant … I could go on … I'm sure some features that I use rarely (alarm is too low, and use my phone to remind me of things in anyCase) and I really need to use timer, but if you can provide for a high-tech watch that does not look too geeky looking, this is for you to be!

By the way, there is a newer model, the TM-G1100. Currently, February 2010, is going to $ 550.00 with a few additional features.

It’s a quality good looking watch and you’ll be happy with it.
I have some advice for the very start.
1. Before setting anything, charge the battery as some functionality may be disabled.
2. Follow the quick start instructions to set the city time.
3. If the time is wrong you can try the manual setup using the radio signal from the atomic clock. If this doesn’t work leave it alone and by next morning it will be OK.
4. Be very patient as it goes on its own pace “slowly”. If you try faster it will go crazy. Fortunately it will return to normality after a few minutes of rest.
5. Print the manual from the Casio website or by a microscope to read the booklet and follow the instructions. No one does that.
6. Remember once you leave it alone it will work flawlessly.
I had a hard time when I started playing as soon as it arrived.
I haven’t hammered it so the G part we’ll see.

I was looking for a clock, every day can be used to set the atomic clock time and looks good. I have the Casio solar atomic watches after reading the reviews and look at the detailed photos.
When I received the watch, I tried playing with the controls without consulting the manual. This clock is necessary for the manual to understand what it means to read all functions. After configuring the receiver and the secondary time zone clock, I was in business! Iusually with our office in India. A second small second line, allowing me at 11 1 / 2 hour time difference in length with ease.
This clock will be left with a strip of stainless steel with removable. The band will be closed and opened easily removed if necessary.
I did not, when I brought my watch in the window as the manual, but it was the signal for synchronization with atomic clock.
This clock has an excellent choice for me.

I wanted the latest technology, the Atomic timekeeping and solar power. I also wanted a solid stainless steel case with a solar-powered, should never be opened to replace the battery and thus their resistance to water will be held. It is not too heavy or too big (I had three links removed, and I am a type roughly the band is quite large). And 'the second because of my atomic clocks and receives an update signal on every other night here in central Virginia. I put ona shelf next to my bed, which should not remain in a windowledge. This watch is a bit 'hard to read in direct sunlight. The dial and figures are polished and put out a lot of gloss, but I learned not to look straight to their subconscious, but from a slight angle and solves the problem. I am satisfied with the quality and precision, and he was not as complicated as I feared. Good, quality product. Dick Poole
